TitleCorrecting bad tracking
CategorySpeed Tips
CommentIn the event that the car will not track straight, consider removing the front axle on the side that was the inside of the turn. With the body length of the axle secured in a vise, carefully tap the axle with a hammer with enough force to ever so slightly bend the axle. One tap should do it. With an ink marker identify the drection of the bend on the head of the axle to facilitate the proper reinstallation. Test by rolling accross a level floor for a 10 ft. straight run. Readjust if necesary.
