CommentThe first step I take in preparing wheels are sliding all four on a 2 inch finishing nail then sanding them lightly askew on a grinding wheel, so they spin together while sanding. they get perfectly round and are exactly the same shape, also removing any burrs you might find. I then remove each wheel from the nail and sand the inside hub to ensure no burrs there either.
