Commentapply a drop of superglue to the car body around the axle hole. carefully add graphite to the drop making a mound. you can slowly build it up. once hardened you can carfully file away all but a very thin layer of graphite where the hub rubs the body. be careful not to fill the axle hole or you will have to drill it out again.
