CommentYou will need to add weight to your Pinewood Derby car in the form of fishing weights, BB's, or whatever.
The weight will provide the greatest potential energy if it is high up on the back of the car (greatest distance from the floor.)
Be careful that you don't get too much weight back there because you might end up doing a wheelie all the way down the track, with your front wheels raised in the air!
