CommentPut the wheels in a drill chuck with either a screw that will fit without making the axle hole any bigger or purchase a wheel adapter. Spin up the wheels on the drill and use fine sand paper or steel wool on the surface of the tires to make them smooth. You can take off a little of the side edge causing it to run centered on the wheel, less friction, better run time.
