Commentusing a jewelers lathe cut 2 - .030 wide grooves on axle land area (.375)that wheels rides on. cut axle to .086 diameter then polish axle diameter with 500 grit wet or dry sand paper. this will hold the graphite in the wheel longer and continue supplying lubricate for a longer period of time
