CommentAfter the Cub Scouts are done racing, and while the award ceremony is being prepared, we hold Dad races. This race is actually open to any non Scout, including older brothers, sistes, and others.
This is a great way to give Dads something to channel their energy into (besides vicariously living through their boys...)
It also increases the excitement and interest of family members by involving them in the Cub's project.
This has become a great tradition at our Pinewood Derby each year.
