2 lbs. boneless chicken breast 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 can apple juice (for flavor) Curry powder to taste 1 can frozen peas Serve over white rice

1)Brown chicken in skillet (in 1 tbsp. vegetable oil) 2)Cook rice in pot 3)Pour other ingredients in skillet with chicken 4)Let mix simmer 5)Add curry powder to taste (until it tastes right)
