I've always called these campfire eclairs, someone recently told me they are called Butt-Outs, there is even a poem that goes with it. I really prefer campfire eclairs, it sounds much better to eat. These are the best and so easy. Bring lots of cans of biscuit dough, because they are very easy and everyone wants more.
