Cajun Gumbo

Ingredients

1 pkg. Lipton Rice & Beans Cajun Style  <br>1 can Swanson's white chicken meat  <br>1/2 pkg. Kilbasa Sausage  <br>1 Tbsp. Molly Mcbutter  <br>Tony's Creole Seasoning to taste  <br>2 cups Water

Equipment

2quart pot  <br>Backpacking stove

Instructions

In a 2 quart pot mix the Rice Mix, Chicken Meat, Sausage, Butter (Optional), Seasoning, and Water. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Cook until desired consistency. This can be served as a soup by adding more water. Remember the spicier the better!
