Breakfast Omelettes

Ingredients

1 tablespoon minced ham 1 tablespoon minced sausage 1 tablespoon shredded cheese 1 teaspoon minced celery 2 tablespoon milk 1 egg pinch salt pinch pepper

Equipment

1 dutch oven 1 sandwich plastic zip bag water

Instructions

In dutch oven foll about 1/2 waty with waster snd bring to a boil. Combine all ingredients into zip bag, remove as much air as possible. Using hands combine all ingredients well. Lower bags into boiling water. Using a spoon or ladle move bag around turning ever minute. BE CAREFUL NOT TO LET BAGS COME IN CONTACT WITH KETTLE. Takes about 4 minutes depending on how many bags are in the kettle. they are done when the eggs look like omlet. you can eat right out of the bag or on plate
