Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients

Tortillas, Eggs, Cheese, Salsa, Potatoes (fresh or canned)

Equipment

Frying pans, stove (camp fire) spatula

Instructions

Scramble eggs, fry potatoes, grate cheese.  <br>Once everything is cooked, add whatever you want to a tortilla, roll it up and eat it.

It's fast, each person makes it the way he likes it and the only clean up is the frying pans.
