Bluegill Balls

Ingredients

fillets from 15 bluegill, deboned and skinned 10 saltine crackers salt pepper 1 egg oil for frying

Equipment

pan fork bowl knife

Instructions

crush saltines to crumbs and put in bowl along with salt, pepper and egg. Mince fish and add into mixture. Form into golfball sized balls. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.

Quick and easy, doesn't matter how big the fish are, just need more if they're small.
