Title Crab Ball
Equipment A large ball such as a basketball or volleyball.
Play Make two goal lines about 40 feet apart. Split the group into two teams. Line each team up on their goal line. Everyone must always remain in the crab position, on their hands and feet, with their back to the ground. They will try to kick the ball into the opposing goal.
Rules Touching the ball with hands, leaving the crab position, and unnecessary roughness constitute as fouls. The penalty for a foul is kicking a goal from the point at which the foul took place.
Scoring A point is awarded to the team that manages to get the ball across the opposite goal line. The first team to 10 points wins.
